ASSOCIATE: 
Within the first 18 months of graduating Cosmetology School and  under the supervision of Cheryl (Master).

LEVEL 1: 
One year of experience (under supervision of Cheryl).

LEVEL 2: 
Has 1-3 years experience and has completed education quota. 

LEVEL 3: 
Business has met salon criteria based on growth to move up. 

LEVEL 4:  Has become in demand based on 80% booked. 

LEVEL 5: Books out 1-2 weeks in advance.

LEVEL MASTER:  Books out 4-6 weeks in advance.
